Donations policy
A donation is defined as a direct financial contribution or the in-kind supply of goods and services to support the activities of the Voices of Wannon. Donations to Voices of Wannon will only be used to support the activities of the group.
Voices of Wannon does not accept donations from individuals and/or organisations engaged in, or suspected of having engaged in, illegal activities or activities which go against our values.
In accordance with our values Voices of Wannon is committed to the full and timely disclosure of all monies received with donations to be disclosed at least monthly. Anonymous donations will not be accepted. Donations from overseas will not be accepted. Donations are not tax deductible.
All donations are accepted on the basis that Voices of Wannon has full discretion over how to use the monies.
Donation information will be published on the Voices of Wannon website as close as is practicable to the date that the funds are received. Details will include the donor’s name, the amount donated and the date of the donation.
In-kind donations will be recorded as the dollar value of the goods or services provided.
